Please support our local community and vote out hunger by bringing canned goods and non-perishables to the election polling place!
The Republican Committee members have collect canned goods and other non-perishable food items at each Primary and General election for over a decade. The need this year is more urgent due to the potential disruption of SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) benefits due to the government shutdown. All food items collected are donated to local food pantries. Voters from all political parties are encouraged to participate. Donations can be dropped off at the Republican Committee table outside each polling location.
